We at MySmartMarket.in understand that sometimes plans change, and you may wish to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while maintaining a smooth order processing system.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their orders under the following conditions:

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

• To cancel an order, log in to your MySmartMarket.in account, go to My Orders, and click on Cancel Order for the respective item.

• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still opt to return the item after delivery, provided it meets the return criteria.

If the cancellation request is received before shipping, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

2. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can also be cancelled before they are shipped by following the same process.

• If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without prior cancellation, future COD purchases may be restricted for your account.

3. Order Cancellation by MySmartMarket

We reserve the right to cancel your order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or out-of-stock items.

• Pricing errors or product listing issues.

• Problems in processing your payment information.

• Orders not meeting our terms and conditions or suspicious activity.

In such cases, you will be informed promptly, and a full refund will be initiated (if applicable).

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping:

• For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For COD orders, no payment has been collected, so no refund is required.
